Steps to change site (follow in this order)

By "overwrite" I mean that you delete the current file, then copy & paste the appropriate (fall/spring) then rename the copy to the deleted file name.

Overwrite home_header.htm with appropriate value (home_header_fall.htm, home_header_spring.htm)

Overwrite home_bottom.htm with appropriate value (home_bottom_fall.htm, home_bottom_spring.htm)

Overwrite home_nav.htm with appropriate value (home_nav_fall.htm, home_nav_spring.htm)

Overwrite hp_nav.htm with appropriate value (hp_nav_fall.htm, hp_nav_spring.htm. This may break links with the existing Hot Picks pages - not if we're using group1/2 pages

Overwrite home_template.htm with appropriate value (home_template_fall.htm, home_template_spring.htm)

Overwrite site.css with appropriate value (site_fall.css, site_spring.css)

Overwrite images/tile.jpg with appropriate value (tile_fall.jpg, tile_spring.jpg)

Overwrite images/shim.gif with appropriate value (shim_fall.gif, shim_spring.gif)

Overwrite images/cover_image.gif with appropriate value (cover_image_fall.gif, cover_image_spring.gif)

Edit occurrences of Spring vs Fall and change year if needed in text. The following are currently the only pages.

Edit Footer to update year if necessary

Demote the current Newsletter

Add Month Year and Title of existing newsletter to 'newsletter_arch.asp'.
Copy existing pages (newsletter.asp, newsletter2.asp, ... newslettern.asp, newsletter-nav.htm) from root to 'news_archives' directory
Rename newly copied pages to reflect 'arch', season, year.
Correct links in '-nav' page
Correct included bot that is on each newsletter page to use adjusted -nav page
Check links to pages - should be no problems
New style of Newsletter - replace with captured images from PDF at 75% zoom
Change Vol number, Season and Year across all newsletter pages - single include page (newsletter-nav.htm)

Known issues

Looks like 'primaryfooterbackcolor' is not in use in the footer/bottom
